Michael Savage
“Welcome to the next level of insanity and depravity,” Michael Savage said to listeners at the top of the week, explaining: “MTV has put out a casting call, asking young girls to come on their show, to be filmed as they give up their virginity. The degeneracy and the depravity is beyond comprehension.
“Ladies and gentlemen,” Savage continued, “in my day, anyone who tried to get children to go on television and do this would’ve been arrested by the FBI” (FREE audio).
Speaking in the wake of the Wisconsin election, Savage noted, “There have been several elections since Obama the Imposter was foisted upon us by George Soros and other forces that we don’t even know. … And in every one of those elections, the people have voted down the imposter and his policies. There’s no question in my mind that this victory in Wisconsin spells the end of Obama’s tyranny over the American people” (FREE audio).
Rush Limbaugh
“When’s the last movie you saw, a mainstream Hollywood movie, that was pro-Catholic or pro-Christianity?”
That was Rush Limbaugh, praising the new film “For Greater Glory,” which tells the stirring story of the Christian uprising against Mexico’s atheist president in 1926.
“It’s eerie,” Limbaugh added. “The people that produced the movie and made it could not possibly have known at the time that they started this project that when their movie came out there would be a parallel to the Obama administration’s war on the Catholic Church in America in 2012″ (FREE audio).
After the left’s crushing defeat in Wisconsin, Limbaugh pointed out that Obama had neglected to endorse the Democratic challenger. Rush reasoned that this lack of party unity will help Romney during the November election (he also explained how “Oprah threw her TV career away” by supporting Obama) (FREE audio).
Sean Hannity
Democrat Sally Kohn joined Hannity to talk about her column called “I Like Michelle Malkin.”
“I wrote the article in response to Michelle’s piece where she attacked Mitt Romney for referring to Obama as a ‘nice guy,’” Kohn explained. “All I was saying is that I think we can disagree without being disagreeable.”
Malkin herself called in and refused to accept Kohn’s “phony” peace offering, saying, “I’m not going to apologize for not mincing my words, there’s no parallel to what I do versus the smear merchants who are out there” (FREE audio).
Aaron Klein
Has the Muslim Brotherhood taken over the New York public school system?
Investigative journalist and broadcaster Aaron Klein presented the evidence on his show this week (FREE audio).
Klein also announced that Terry Jones, the “Koran burning pastor” is running for president as a write-in candidate. Then he asked veteran comic Jackie Mason for his unique perspective on Obama’s statement that he knows more about Judaism than any other president in American history.
Laura Ingraham
Almost forgotten during the heated Wisconsin recall election was that state’s Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch, who also faced down big labor and won. She talked to Laura about her eagerness to get down to the real business of governing now that the recall motion has been roundly defeated.
Pat Buchanan joined Ingraham to talk about the results in Wisconsin and what they mean for Republicans this November. Ingraham also talked to Artur Davis, former Democratic congressman from Alabama whose defection to the GOP surprised the nation. In an entertaining change of pace, Ingraham was also joined by James Lipton, the host of “Inside the Actors Studio,” to analyze the speaking styles of various politicians. (FREE audio).
Mark Levin
Levin is resigned to the fact that Mitt Romney will be the Republican nominee for president. That said, he warned listeners that not only will they have to “work really hard to get him elected,” but that, once Romney is in the White House, conservatives will also have to “work really, really hard to drag his a– to the right” (FREE audio).
On a slightly lighter note, Levin lit into “that foul mouthed little puke,” TV host and millionaire Democratic Party donor Bill Maher. This was after Maher bought a share in the New York Mets.
“Look how they blocked Rush Limbaugh from buying a minority interest in a football team, but Maher can buy a minority interest in a baseball team,” Levin noted (FREE audio).
Glenn Beck
Beck and his crew had fun at the expense of President Obama and one of his wealthiest, and possibly most annoying, supporters (FREE video).
In the midst of a severe recession, the tone-deaf Obama campaign is trumpeting a high-end fundraiser centered around the chance to meet Anna Wintour, the infamous editor of Vogue magazine who was portrayed as a villain in the book and movie “The Devil Wears Prada.” Beck imitated Wintour’s grating, upper class English accent and patronizing tone, to great comic effect.
And now, from the left side of the dial …
No surprise: Al Sharpton was furious after Democrats were crushed in the Wisconsin recall election. He was quick to claim that the GOP used “voter suppression schemes” to achieve victory.
Sharpton warned that such (imaginary) dirty tricks were “a test run for what they’re going to do in November” (FREE audio).
Sharpton and his fellow Democrats are typical “progressives”: eager to blame anyone but themselves when they fail.
